At Streetwise Guitars we pride ourselves in offering you excellent service and we
understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
Firstly, please make sure that you check your items carefully before you use them.
We recommend that you keep your receipt or paypal order number, which can be found
on your order confirmation email or on the order invoice that comes with your delivery,
it will be required in the event of any after-sales enquiry.
We are quite happy to accept returns if you are not completely pleased with your
product, as long as it is returned to us in the same condition and packaging sent
to you and we have been contacted within 14 days of receiving the product by e-mail
UNWANTED ITEMS:- If you wish to exchange the item or return for a refund: We must
receive the returned item as soon as possible from the date of delivery. The returned
item must be in the same condition as it was sent, complete with all included accessories
& original packaging. Prior to returning the item please contact us via E-mail or
01709 522661. Please attach a note with your Name and the reason why you are returning
the item. Returns without any note may result in your refund payment being delayed.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
In the unfortunate circumstance that an item arrives damaged or faulty we request
that you contact us via E-mail or telephone on 01709 522661 within 3 days of delivery.
We will then endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund the card you made the original
purchase with. For security reasons we cannot refund a different credit/debit card
from the one you placed the original order with and we can only send out replacement
products to the delivery address specified in the original order. Please also note
that we do not refund the delivery cost (if any) unless the product is damaged or
